Do you think you are a group or team? Why/Why not? How would you describe and rate the cohesiveness of your group/team toward the end of the project? What roles from Chapter 4 did members display (give examples)? What steps did your group/team do to enhance cohesiveness (list dates, provide detail)? What did your group/team neglect and why? Were there any problems (individual/self-centered roles, True Color conflicts, decision making methods underutilized, norms, etc.,) that hindered a high cohesive rating? Knowing what you know now, what would your team do differently to change any maintenance/cohesiveness issues?
